As Property Management Accountant for over 8 years, Kristin is responsible for all of the financial aspects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting and preparation of monthly financial statements for investors. She also has extensive knowledge of real estate and land development from her experience with Viereck Commercial Real Estate, LLC.

Dennis Woodward
Maintenance Professional
Dennis has been with Preferred Management, LLC for over 4 years. He performs all maintenance duties, supervises hired contractors and also assists on-site managers with their property's maintenance requests. He coordinates all unit turn-overs by scheduling contract work which includes carpet installation, painting, basic cleaning and maintenance.
Prior to joining Preferred Management, LLC, Dennis worked at Carlson Distributing as a Sales Representative and Route Supervisor for 20 years.
