Preferred Management, LLC was established in 1997. The company manages a mixture of single-family homes, twin homes and multi-family complexes from pre-existing to new construction. In addition to the residential units, we also manage commercial, retail and office space and provide association management.

Preferred Management's most impressive asset is its people. Our group, led by Darrel Viereck, Owner, is comprised of nine employees, which includes a general manager, a property manager, a full-time maintenance person, on-site managers, residential leasing agents, and an accounting supervisor. Our team of professionals is dedicated to the absolute best in customer service, and we encourage our staff members to utilize their strengths and resources to the best of their abilities in order to satisfy our clients.
