A realtor since 1977, Darrel has been involved in several areas of real estate.  Darrel specialized in residential real estate until 1997, winning numerous sales awards, including several years as a national award winner in the ERA franchise.  Darrel moved into commercial real estate and development in 1997 when he started Viereck Commercial Real Estate, LLC and has over 20 limited liability company investments he currently manages within the office.

Dennis Woodward
Maintenance Professional

Dennis has been with Preferred Management, LLC for over 4 years.  He performs all maintenance duties, supervises hired contractors and also assists on-site managers with their property's maintenance requests.  He coordinates all unit turn-overs by scheduling contract work which includes carpet installation, painting, basic cleaning and maintenance.

Prior to joining Preferred Management, LLC, Dennis worked at Carlson Distributing as a Sales Representative and Route Supervisor for 20 years.
